Object: These Terms have for object the purchase of products made remotely via computer network on the website www.nyl.it based in Rome (RM), Via Due Ponti No 196 / E, fiscal code 07679620588 and VAT number 01838921003 These purchases are reserved for customers end-users ( a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession), thus excluding subjects such as retailers, wholesalers, professionals, etc.. who intend to resell its products to third parties. Every purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of Decree No. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be submitted to the rules laid down in Legislative Decree 196/2003 and subsequent amendments

How to purchase: www.nyl.it is a sale website of cosmetics and food supplements. Purchases of products, available as illustrated in their respective data sheets , are made by the Customer to the prices indicated therein to confirm at the time of the confirmation order, in addition to transport costs shown on purchase and automatically calculated based on actual weight and volumetric footprint of the packaging used. Before confirming the purchase, the customer will be shown the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost when buying more products and their transport costs. Confirming the acquisition, completing the transaction the customer will receive an e-mail message containing the date and the total amount of its order and detail of the same. For orders over 20 kg is not possible directly complete the purchase and the customer will be contacted by Nyl Laboratories Ltd, setting out how to escape it.

Payments: The payment for goods purchased and the shipping costs will be paid by the customer at the time of the confirmation of order through the use of Visa or Cartasì or by bank transfer in favor of: Banca Nazionale del Lavoro – Dipendenza 6340 RM Centro Corso - payable to Nyl Laboratories Srl, IBAN: IT87 W010 0503 2400 0000 0002 015. Orders placed by bank transfer will be processed only after the payment notification by the bank . Orders from abroad can only be paid by credit card

Delivery of products: The order fulfillment will be complete only when the goods are available. If there is no full availability of the goods ordered, on request of the customer, we can proceed sending partial order, in such cases the Customer shall bear the charge of shipping costs required for each consignment of goods. Products purchased will be delivered by Nyl Laboratories Ltd at the address indicated by the customer by courier. The carriers used will not carry out preventive calls and will not handle requests in particular times. They make the first delivery without notice. In the absence of the customer will be left a notification and will make a new delivery in 24 hours. In case of further absence will leave a new notice and the customer must contact the carrier to define the details of delivery. Foreign shipments: For orders from outside Italy any customs fees will be charged to the recipient

Jurisdiction and competent Court: Any dispute regarding the application, execution, and breach of contract of sale is subject to Italian jurisdiction and will be settled exclusively by the Roman Court, subject to the overriding jurisdiction of holes required by law.
